Brian Dunlap
Texas Instruments (TI)
Prior to serving as vice president, Brian was the manager for TI's Richardson 300mm wafer fabs known as RFAB1 and RFAB2. He led the fabs for six years and was previously the RFAB manufacturing manager. Brian leads four growing semiconductor factories and is dedicated to advancing manufacturing innovation that shapes the future of technology. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer in the 2nd LAR Battalion. Brian is married with two daughters and enjoys spending time outside with his family.
Mary York
Texas Workforce Commission (TWC)
In her current role, Mary leverages her extensive leadership experience to implement strategic improvements within the workforce sector. Previously, she led TWC’s outreach efforts, where she successfully united employers and economic organizations to build a market-responsive workforce system. Before joining TWC, Mary spent over four years as the deputy director of Governor Greg Abbott’s Economic Development and Tourism Office. In this role, she helped oversee a wide array of state initiatives, including travel, industry, and business development programs. Her earlier career was spent at the Texas Department of Agriculture, where she managed international trade and marketing campaigns to promote Texas products globally. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Mary resides in Georgetown with her family.
